Last Day for MARTA Tokens

Decatur Metro | September 30, 2010

Today is the very last day you can turn any of those old MARTA tokens into 1-way Breeze Cards at MARTA stations.  If you have more than 10 tokens left and want to transfer them to cards, you’re gonna have to make a trip to the RideStore at Five Points or Airport station.

But this is it for those tokens.  Tomorrow their value goes from 2 bucks to chuck.

Farewell MARTA tokens.  I shall miss the metallic-y smell you left on my hands.
