    nice long exposure. Great time of night (blue sky)!

    My guess is longer than that, since to get that long of tail-lights lines, I usually do 1-5 second range (depending on time of evening)

    Spend a little time with your White Balance settings, (would need manual white balance for this shot I imagine). That way the light wouldn’t be so green.
