Reconciling 315

Remember tonight’s 315 West Ponce meeting at city hall at 6:30p, featuring ringmaster Otis White.

I, for one, hope the developer shows some intent to compromise on the number of units and that the neighborhood speaks with a more unified voice as to what they specifically want to see at the site.

Then we’ll be gettin’ somewhere.

    Agreed.

    I wish I could be there. Since I won’t be, I’ll say that I like the plan as it is, and I really like shared parking; however, if they do change something, I hope they move the parking deck so it’s more insular to the project.

    Also, I just stumbled across this post from Streetsblog about minimum parking requirements in New York City, which I thought was timely, pertinent, and worth sharing.
