Cheryl Burnette sends in this note regarding this year’s Decatur Holiday Tour of Homes…

In celebration of Oakhurst’s 100th Anniversary, the Decatur Holiday Candlelight Tour of Homes will include homes only in our neighborhood! Featured homes are on 2nd Avenue, Feld Avenue, Jefferson Place, W. Benson St and East Lake Drive. Points of interest in the neighborhood include Fire Station No. 2 and Oakhurst Presbyterian Church.

New this year is the Friend of the Tour level, which is $100. This is a great way for people and businesses in the community to support such a wonderful event and cause. (Contact Katie about this as well.) Proceeds from the Tour benefit the Decatur Youth Fund and the Decatur Preservation Alliance.
