    For the alien effect – use iPhone 4.1 camera’s HDR function. Bright lights (like the moon or a streetlight against a dim sky) end up looking double freaky.

    “Decatur doesn’t build walls. We tear them down”.- Elizabeth Wilson ( when some citizevs were for building a wall between Rosewalk and the low income apartments ajacent.) Cool lady.
