“Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent” stars Aden Young as Detective Sergeant Henry Graff and Kathleen Munroe as Detective Sergeant Frankie Bateman. The series focuses on the Specialized Criminal Investigations Unit in Toronto, where the team tackles high-profile homicide cases. The narrative explores their approach to solving crimes through psychological profiling and intense scrutiny of motives in sectors such as high finance, politics, real estate, and media.
Both the first and second seasons of “Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent” comprise ten episodes each.
CW President Brad Schwartz expressed his enthusiasm about the new series in May, stating, “‘Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent’ represents an exciting new chapter for one of the most esteemed and recognized television brands globally. We are thrilled to introduce this series to The CW audience this fall.”
The original “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” which focused on the criminal justice system in New York City, enjoyed a successful ten-season run. It featured Vincent D’Onofrio as Detective Robert Goren and Kathryn Erbe as Detective Alexandra Eames.
