Accident Closes North Decatur Road at Lullwater in Both Directions

We just got an Emory-wide email saying that N. Decatur Rd. was shut down in both directions at the Lullwater traffic circle due to a traffic accident. The email came in around noon, but traffic was even more backed up than usual around 10am. A work colleague said that she had seen numerous emergency vehicles there way earlier than when the email was sent. So, I’m just wondering if anyone has more first-hand information about what is going on at that intersection. Of course, I couldn’t find any information on any other online source.

I was at N Decatur and Oxford when the accident occurred and everyone on N Decatur had to turn around in order to escape. I could not get close, but I could see a large semi truck that appeared to be stuck in the Lullwater traffic circle. I could not see if the trunk had hit another car.
We tried to order from Daves Cosmic Subs for lunch and were told power was out on that entire side of the street due to a simi hitting a power line. I didn’t see anything that direction, but traffic was definitely completely backed up around 10 as well. A coworker driving in from Midtown about the same time said she thought it had just happened fairly recently as traffic had been moving until suddenly, it wasn’t at all.
It was completely blocked at rush hour, had to detour down Ponce (yikes).
