    Umm, you’ve got to be more specific than just North Carolina BBQ…is it eastern NC or western NC BBQ?? As a native of eastern NC, the vinegar-based eastern NC BBQ is much preferable to the mustard-based western NC BBQ. If it is eastern NC BBQ, I can’t wait to return to Decatur in September to give it shot. I may have to spend every waking hour at TDS, Miss Anne’s, Ted’s, U Joint, Matador, and now Paris for the two or three days I’m back in town.
