Fire Country Gabriela Finn Stalker

This week on the show, Stephanie Arcila’s character experienced a dramatic series of events as the team from Station 42 rushed to a residential fire. There, Jake (played by Jordan Calloway) found Finn (a guest role by Blake Lee) lying on the floor of a smoke-filled living room. While Audrey (Leven Rambin) extinguished flames in the kitchen, Finn described how a back spasm caused him to collapse while cooking.

Upon entering the living room, Gabby was surprised to find that the home belonged to a man who had recently begun sending her obsessive texts. The ensuing ambulance ride was tense as Finn apologized for previously accusing Gabby of exploiting his photography skills. He expressed regret over his behavior, especially after their memorable kiss, which began to soften Gabby’s feelings towards him despite his earlier awkward joke about marriage.

Gabby began to reconsider whether Finn was truly the obsessive, scorned suitor she thought he was.

Or perhaps he was exactly that.

Back at Finn’s residence, Jake and Audrey discovered that the smoke originated from the basement, not the kitchen. Overheard on Gabby’s radio, this news caused Finn to panic on the ambulance stretcher. It soon became clear why: his basement darkroom was filled with countless photos of Gabriela taken without her consent, including one from that very morning at Bode and Jake’s place.

Upon learning of the situation, Jake informed Vince, who quickly chased after the ambulance in a rig. Realizing Vince was attempting to intercept them, Finn grabbed a scalpel, leapt from the stretcher, and frantically tried to justify his actions to Gabby. When the ambulance stopped, he knocked Vince out with the back door and fled into the woods.

Now, Gabriela has an unstable Finn on the loose to contend with, leading Manny to advise her to keep her firearm close.

In other developments this week:

* Jake faced the reality that he wouldn’t be promoted to battalion chief at Station 42 anytime soon. He received a job offer from Butte County, where the current battalion chief was retiring. Despite his attachment to his “family” at the station, Jake considered the move. Over a drink of fine whiskey, Vince expressed immense pride in Jake’s growth as a firefighter and captain but confirmed there were no immediate promotion prospects for him. “Well then, Chief, I guess this is my two weeks’ notice,” Jake declared, as Vince toasted to his bright future in Butte.

* Bode teamed up with Renée and Manny to trick Meriwether into admitting their aggressive tactics on tape. The recording exposed the misconduct of the Oxalta spokesperson, leading to legal repercussions and favorable settlements for those affected.
