In the heart of Seville, Spain, Cateto Cateto has masterfully reimagined a small apartment into the vibrant and textured Casa Capirote. This space serves as a modern homage to Andalusian culture, drawing heavily on the region’s renowned Triana pottery techniques. The interior features a dynamic mix of colors and patterns that seem to capture the lively spirit and artistic heritage of Seville.

The color scheme of the apartment is defined by bold and contrasting hues. Cobalt blue, reminiscent of the city’s famed ceramic art, is used extensively throughout the decor. It adorns kitchen chair upholstery, a beautifully tiled bathroom vanity, and a headboard with an elaborate floral design. This striking blue connects different areas of the studio apartment, providing a sense of visual flow in an open layout that replaces traditional walls with versatile curtain dividers.

Complementing the cobalt are various shades of green that introduce serenity and balance into the space. The kitchen cabinets feature a refreshing mint green, while a forest green sofa and desk chair anchor the living area.
