Help us plan for your child’s enrollment in the City Schools of Decatur for the 2011-2012 school year.  We want to hire the very best teachers, so the earlier we know your plans, the better.

Come to register in person as soon as you can, bringing the following:

• Parent/guardian picture identification
• Student certified birth certificate
• Student social security card
• Georgia immunization form (3231)
• Georgia hearing, vision and dental screening form (3300)
• Verification of residency (more info: www.csdecatur.net/registration)

K-12 Registration for the current 2010-2011 school year can only take place at the Central Office at Westchester, 758 Scott Boulevard, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between the hours of 8-11 am and 1-4 pm. Students that register will be able to begin attending a CSD school one complete day after enrollment is completed. This checklist will be helpful for you in planning what you need to bring. If you are attempting to place a Pre-Kindergarten student on our Pre-K waitlist, please go directly to the College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center.
