    are they replacing all of it? i havent even seen this scaffolding, i need to pay more attn

      Not replacing – just repairing/resurfacing. They pretty much leave that flag up all the time, too, somewhere on their scaffolding – wasn’t just a Veteran’s Day thing… (And I’ll be very glad when all that orange mesh stuff is out from in front of my window!!)

    This is simply amazing that a building this new would need this kind of work so soon. Disgusting!
