      That was the Thursday that IVAN made a pass over Atlanta – correct? McDonough at Oakview was impassable and water was chest deep rising from the creek behind Oakhurst Garden.

      (Does that section of creek even have a name? I thought I read once it was called Sugar Creek).

      I think that’s Peavine Creek.

      The city calls this stream ‘Peavine Creek Tributary’ on the ‘City Floodplain Map Overlay 2008′.

      It is the Peavine Creek Tributary, and I’m pretty sure you can see my house through the bushes. Thank god the person who sent this to me gave me the heads up that it was from 2004!
