I just wanted to let you all know that I just got a call from Mia’s owners, and they are on their way to pick her up right now. We don’t know how, but she ended up at Dekalb County animal shelter…
Thank you all so much for your help and concern and suggestions on ways to find her. Like I said before, it’s clear there are a lot of wonderful people in our neighborhood!

I would have liked to have seen the faces of the car thieves once they realized there was a German Shepherd in the back seat! So glad they just let her go! What about the car??

Excellent news! I happened to be in Oakhurst yesterday and had a sharp eye out for a white German Shepard. I am so glad we had a happy ending to this story.
