The Emory Wheel has dedicated a whole page of its website to various points of view on the incident. See them here. Regardless of political outlook, most members of the Emory community cringe at the infringement on freedom of speech.
Moral superiority comes in all shapes and sizes, liberal or conservative. It is seen in both terminology like “Islamo-facism”, and in the form of protesters who shout down a civilized debate in an academic setting.
