East Ponce Repaving Has Begun

Round up your truck-obsessed children!  Video Journalist Joe Avary has posted a new video over on Decaturish documenting the start of East Ponce repaving, which was confirmed last month.  Just like a trip to the Decatur Farmer’s Market, there’s really nothing like a good, local construction video!

Drexel Ave, Parkside Circle and Chevelle Lane are also scheduled for a fresh coat of asphalt this year.  Avary says in his post that work on all projects should be complete by…CLICK HERE!

    Will they be striping bike lanes? That part of Ponce is pretty wide and many kids ride to school especially from Glendale Avenue.
