Is there an outdoor bin for book donations to Friends of the Decatur Library and, if so, where is it?

Never mind. Learned on other thread that the regular book drop for returns is the same place to drop donations.

I never knew that I could drop donations in the book drop. That’s very convenient, for sure!

I hope it’s true. But that’s what was asserted by Friends of the Library who purported to know. I might include a sticky note that says “books for donation”.

No outside bin for donations. Please take them inside and give to staff. You can count them up (number of hardbacks and number of paperbacks) and get a donation receipt for taxes.
