We saw the sky spitting some light snow around 12:30 PM.
And again around 3 PM–big heavy but sporadic flakes
Yes, my mother in law would be delighted to tell you all about the weather today and what it will be like the next 3 days…and that they are leaving later tomorrow because it will probably ice over tonight. Oh, and the snow is not sticking because it is not cold enough. Really, if you want the weather forecast, just come over. Hubs and I got in trouble because we did not know what channel was the weather channel. Luckily she was able to find it.
Merry, Merry Christmas to all my DM peeps who celebrate it! Love the snow, most of all because there won’t be much accumulation…now, gonna go finish cooking Christmas dinner (orange-glazed cornish hens, kick-ass cornbread stuffing, gravy, cauliflower gratin, Brussels sprouts roasted w/ bacon & chestnuts, fresh fruit salad w/ Grand Marnier dressing, and a bottle of ’98 Margaux). Happy holidays to one & all!
My kids claim it’s going to be 3 inches of accumulation!
Uh oh, does this mean the Decatur Diner won’t be open tonight because of the snow?
