Decatur Metro | June 15, 2010Finally, an answer to Maggie’s question of what’s going into the old Moxie Java Bistro spot at 910 West College Avenue: a new restaurant called “Isabelle’s Cafe”.

Isabella’s Café is a casual restaurant serving healthy, fresh, flavorful food that incorporates cooking techniques and flavors from across the globe.
The unifying element to all of our dishes is the artful use of spices and herbs in a manner that results in unique and delicious appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts.
Join us for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner paired with a fantastic South African wine. We hope to see you soon!

Glad that space is being filled! Can’t wait to see what’s one the menu.
Their menu looks great. It is on their web page. They describe their place as “Neighborhood Cafe. Global Flavors” which I love.
That was quick–wasn’t up when I had looked on their site last night.
Menu does look pretty great–eclectic approach. Looking forward to trying it out.

Isabella’s Cafe will be opening next week on Monday, July 12!! We are super excited about the opening, and hope you will stop by for lunch or dinner. We are open from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
