The police spokesperson said that officers, doctors, and paramedics were called to the scene at 10:19 PM, “following reports that someone had sustained injuries“.

“A man in his forties was found with injuries consistent with a fall. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene“. In a statement made to the BBC, brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher expressed they were “shocked and saddened” by the news, extending their “deepest condolences to the family and friends” of the deceased.
