Big News: Radiohead Releases a New Live Album Today

The day’s major headline is the release of a new live album by Radiohead, available starting today.

Back in March, there was speculation about whether 2025 would see the celebrated return of Radiohead following a lengthy hiatus and several solo efforts from its members. The wait is now over. This Thursday, August 14, the British band has officially released Hail to the Thief (Live Recordings 2003-2009), a live album that reinterprets their sixth studio album originally released in 2003. These recordings, compiled from performances in Dublin, London, Buenos Aires, and Amsterdam, were mixed by Ben Baptie and mastered by Matt Colton. Described as “a very cathartic process” by Thom Yorke, the album is currently available digitally and is set for a physical release on October 31.

In celebration of this release, the band has shared a video clip featuring a 2009 performance of There, There in Buenos Aires.
