Nice to see the Morning Metro making a return. I missed it.

After some quick, hopefully correct, math, it looks like motor vehicle thefts were down over 40% from 2012. Is it possible the rise in burglaries was some sort of displacement? Cars have gotten much harder to steal.

We personally know that burglaries are up – in Oakhurst no less.
Our house was hit Saturday afternoon between noon and three.
