I guess the picture is trying to raise the question: why a stop sign and a red light too. Which do you obey?
Exactly. When there’s a green light and a stop sign, which takes precedence??
I wonder which came first there – the stop sign or the traffic light. If the stop sign was there first, maybe the party that maintains that road forgot to remove it after the light appeared.
