LSOP tree lighting is this Thursday? Hasn’t this been done on the same night as the Bonfire/Marshmallow roast in the past? Or am I misremembering? Will there be carolling with the tree lighting as in the past? Hot cocoa? Schnapps?
This is the fourth annual Christmas Tree lighting atop Little Shop. We have always held it on the Thursday following Thanksgiving, and the weather has always cooperated. There will be Santa. There will be hot chocolate. There will be cookies and other goodies. There will be a choir. As for the schnapps, it’s bring your own. And if you bring extra, look for me!

Nope, never.
I can attest, it is a large, heavy tree… Was coming out of Little Shop yesterday when it was being hoisted. Lots of ropes, lots of straining. Congrats on getting it up there!
