Even if the pixellation isn’t deliberate, for me, it still works as art. I likey!
I looked at it quickly and thought it was a worker with a jackhammer and the photo fuzziness was due to the vibrations affecting the photographer.

That tunnel needs some sprucing up.
I’m officially starting a campaign to rename this tunnel “Baby Krog.”
Make sure it remains dimly lit.
