Good start, needs some work to be truly over the top. I recommend Baltimore’s Artscape ‘Art Car’ Parade. The doll heads and mannequin hands always give me nightmares. Shudder.
Eewww. in spite of the colors, that reminds me of Russell Edgington (aka King of Mississippi) after he’d stayed out in the sun too long. I’m trying to think coral reef, but no….. fried something….and not in a good way.
back in the early 90’s there used to be cars in Athens similar to this…but looked more like old cars with brightly colored cannons and other mechanical bits on them.
In 1976, in Granby, Colorado, I saw a car covered in tiny animal skulls. Like birds, and squirrels, I guess. There were some slightly larger ones as well, I have no idea what species donated them. And a pair of those giant longhorns as a hood ornament. Very neatly executed. I finished pumping my gas and got away as fast as I could.
No words.
I’m confused, entranced, and a little bit scared all at once…
That last mermaid may have been a little much.

Sure destroys resale value!
