Thanks for posting the Ryan Klee story. I didn’t know about the Magic of Life cancer survivor event on Oct. 1, so went ahead and registered (last day to do so for others who are interested). I actually registered on Decatur Metro shortly after my battle with testicular cancer (hence my login).

The Walmart at Memorial & Columbia is about 4 miles from Suburban Plaza. Memorial and Hairston is about 6.7 miles from Suburban Plaza. Reckon this means Suburban Plaza is no longer in the running for a Walmart?

Congratulations again to the Emory students for bringing this shameful two tier system the attention it deserves.

Thanks for including the bit about Lar – I already miss her so much! She has officially landed in Edinburgh!

Memorial and Hairston is a great place for a WalMart. But what this story is doing on this blog is beyond me.

Maybe you can start your own blog. Then you can oversee the content and make sure it’s to your liking.
