Stella Bella Beautique Relocates to Dunwoody

    Decatur Metro | December 9, 2007

Stella Bella Boutique, which sat next to Natural Body in the Townsquare Condominium complex and sold customized cosmetics and bath products, has closed up shop after little more than a year in Decatur.

Walking by there earlier today, the store has been totally cleared out, leaving only the strikingly orange/pink color scheme on the walls and the “beautique’s” sign on the window.

Perhaps Decatur hasn’t gone quite yuppie enough to support a customized cosmetics shop…yet.

UPDATE: I did a little leg work (if making a phone call is “leg work”) and got the details about Stella Bella’s move to Dunwoody (as previously mentioned by the all-knowing Catherine from over at AsianCajuns).

Stella Bella is now located in Rapport Salon at 2462 Jet Ferry Road, Dunwoody, Ga. Their phone # is 770-393-9913and Kristin can still be reached at kristin@stellabellabeauty.com if you have additional questions. She also mentioned she still has all the same products she had at the Decatur location (lotion candles, scents…), so if you were hooked on her makeup (as it sounds like many of you were from the comments) you’ll have to hop in the car and take a quick trip up I-285.

I believe Stella Bella moved to Dunwoody. I suppose their customer base is more concentrated in the northern part of the county.

Maybe if the owner wasn’t so darn rude to her customers, it would have had a better chance of success. The makeup was awesome.

To those looking for me, I apologize. The number listed has a typo. The number should read: 770-393-9913. Decatur is my residence but the commercial rent was just too much for me to make it. As many of you know, I am a single mom so after the one year mark I had to make the decision to cut overhead and that meant relocating. Thank you to all those who have followed me. I will continue to do my best to service all of my clients and my personal cell phone is listed on my website. Please feel free to contact me there at any time. I am happy to ship products out to you and will even deliver to Decatur on occasion if you find yourself in a pinch. While it is impossible to please everyone all of the time, I do want to apologize to the woman who felt I was rude to her. I am not sure who she is, but those of you who know me, know that I have always done what I could do to provide the best in customer service-so I am sorry if I fell short of a client’s expectations.
Happy Holidays and I hope to see and hear from all my Decatur Clients in the coming New Year!

      Sincerely,
      Kristin Provvidenti
