FNAC Live from July 2-4 in Paris
The 13th edition of this event promises good fortune. The FNAC Live festival is making its return to the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville in Paris, where it sets up a large stage annually, hosting a diverse array of performers. Over three days, attendees can enjoy twenty free concerts featuring artists such as the American St. Vincent, Breton singer Miossec, performer Baby Volcano, and Toulouse rapper Zinée, among others in the luxurious setting of the venue’s salons.

Beauregard Festival, July 2-6 in Hérouville-Saint-Clair
Travel to the outskirts of Caen to enjoy five days of live music in the beautiful park of a 19th-century castle. The lineup includes R&B princess Jorja Smith, French duo Air, the mesmerizing Malik Djoudi, the Italian-Japanese trio Blonde Redhead, the irresistible Belgian duo 2 Many DJ’s, and the British band Bloc Party, which is celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album.
Eurockéennes de Belfort Festival, July 3-6
The Eurockéennes are set to energize the Franche-Comté region in early July. This 35th edition will feature a stellar rock lineup, including heavy metal band Iron Maiden on the main stage, Avatar at the Beach stage, and the female quartet Die Spitz. Other acts include London’s High Vis, the chameleon-like Theodora, the lively electro of Fcukers, the explosive Holly G, pop artist Clara Luciani, and rap artists Damso, SDM, and Kneecap.
Weezer – Zénith, July 6
A concert that’s set to be unforgettable. On Sunday, July 6, Weezer will take over the stage at Zénith in Paris for a nostalgic evening, performing tracks from The Blue Album, their debut album which celebrated its thirtieth anniversary last year. The iconic Los Angeles band, led by Rivers Cuomo, promises a memorable performance.
Jim Jarmusch & Jozef van Wissem – La Cigale, July 7
Renowned American filmmaker and musician Jim Jarmusch, alongside Dutch lutenist and composer Jozef Van Wissem, will perform at La Cigale on July 7. This show comes shortly after the release of their latest album The Day the Angels Cried in June, via Sacred Bones Records. This concert marks nearly two decades since their first meeting in New York in 2006 and fifteen years since they first performed together.
Les Francofolies de La Rochelle Festival, July 10-14
The 41st edition of this festival will feature a mix of emerging talents and superstars, including La Femme, Air, Miossec, Clara Luciani, Philippe Katerine, Véronique Sanson, Mathieu Boogaerts, Alain Chamfort, as well as the mixed R&B of Saint Levant, the electropop of Yoa, and the folk-kora melodies of Ballake Sissoko & Piers Faccini.
Neil Young, July 13 at Adidas Arena
The iconic folk singer is far from an Old Man in spirit. A month after releasing his latest album, Talkin to the Trees, Neil Young will perform at the Adidas Arena, showcasing his extensive catalog from his early days in Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young to his solo career starting in the 1970s.
SZA & Kendrick Lamar, July 15-16 at Paris La Défense Arena
Their collaborations consistently create waves across the music world. Starting with their first duet in 2014 on the demo song To Pimp a Butterfly by Kendrick, they gained significant attention from the soundtrack of the film Black Panther with the hit single All the Stars. Since then, they have occasionally featured on each other’s tracks and even performed together during the Superbowl halftime show. Now, they’ve turned their sporadic collaborations into a global tour event.
MIDI Festival, July 18-20 in Hyères
Memorable performances by the band Girls in 2008 and Manchester sensation Wu Lyf in 2010 at the Villa Noailles marked the beginnings of the MIDI Festival. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, this year’s edition in Hyères will feature a reunion of Wu Lyf, Christopher Owens, and a closing performance by Malik Djoudi on Sunday.
