“Supporting the creative and liberating drive of female and marginalized artists.” This is the mission statement of Les Femmes s’en mêlent, a festival that will take place from November 13 to December 6, in Paris and the surrounding Île-de-France region. For its 2025 iteration, the event “remains committed to its goal of promoting the roles of female singers and musicians from diverse backgrounds, aiming for a fairer, more equal, and more inclusive industry, both on stage and behind the scenes,” according to its organizers.
The festival lineup includes a series of about twenty concerts featuring artists such as Billy Nomates, Flora Hibberd, Maïcee, Baby Volcano, Pip Blom, Automatic, Catnapp, Benzii, Frankie Cosmos, Maria Violenza, Badaboum, Madam, Maria Iskariot, Panic Shack, Ojos, Prichia, Ayla Millesen, and the Chrysalide collective. In addition, other cultural events are scheduled across various cities in the country as part of the festival. Tickets are available here.
