    Does anyone know how these times coincide with school zone speed limits? Is there a set amount of time before and after school that these speed limits are in effect? Last school year I was confused that the school zone did not appear to be in effect for Candler but was in effect on Clairemont a few minutes later when the two schools (Winona & Clairemont) started at the same time. My one thought was that the Candler limit was for Renfroe, not Winona Park. I’m not up on the latest version of the map but do any elementary schoolers cross Candler to get to Winona?
