Usually asleep in their truck behind the Shell station at North Druid Hills and Lawrenceville Highway.

Decatur Metro, what’s this about? Surely not just an excuse to beat up on county workers.
I can answer for DM. This is the spot on North Decatur where a pedestrian was killed recently. Since then the county cleared rubbish and brush from the sidewalk and now must be getting ready to fix the broken manhole which is a trip hazard.
That is what it appeared they were doing.
But still mostly just an excuse to beat up on county workers.

A couple of weeks ago two of their co-workers chased down a Decatur carjacker.

They should be careful of Pennywise. I will never look at a sewer infrastructure the same way…
