Tree Down on a South McDonough House, Road Closed

    Decatur Metro | March 20, 2013 | 9:21 am

Bryan and Robert point to reports from the AJC and WSB about a tree down on South McDonough that fell onto a Decatur home at around 5am this morning. Luckily the two homeowners and their dogs are safe. You can view the AJC’s photo gallery HERE.

The WSB article reports “McDonough Street between Oakview Road and Hill Street has been shut down. Utilities in the area have also been shut off.”

And the AJC report has this “South McDonough Street will likely remain blocked through Wednesday afternoon as crews worked to remove the huge tree.”

Is it too soon to blame Scott Drake for this?

And before anyone gets all up in my business, I’m obviously joking. This was clearly not Scott’s fault. It was the fault of the people who did NOT vote for Greg Coleson 😉

In all seriousness (for real!), thank God nobody got hurt.

How terrifying! I am so relieved to hear that there were no physical injuries.
