I’m surprised that they haven’t heard from George Rodrigue’s attorney.

It is rather Blue Doggish, isn’t it

I have images of spandex-clad runners (of which I admit to sometimes being one) getting tangled up in multiple leashes, falling down and getting licked (ick, gross) by a bunch of excited canines. And the dogs’ owners futilely trying to unsnarl the leashes by weaving in and out of each other as the dogs, once they are done licking the runners, try to sniff the other dogs’ butts.

It’s a very amusing image, and the reason why I think I’ll skip this particular run…

      :-)

I have run in this race since its inception and not once have I seen any conflict between humans and canines. It is a fun event for a good cause.
