Pick Your Own Veggies at Sugar Creek Garden for Thanksgiving!

Avoid the lines at the grocery store and pick your Thanksgiving produce in your neighborhood community garden! Sugar Creek Garden has baby kale, hot peppers, mustard greens, chard, carrots, beets, arugula, and a few handfuls of sweet peas ready to harvest this week. The garden is located across from the dog park on East Lake Drive (by 2nd Ave. intersection); go to the back of the the Oakhurst Presbyterian Church parking lot to find us.Come by Tuesday 4 pm – 6 pm or Wednesday 3 pm – 5 pm to harvest for your Thanksgiving meal.We are asking for a donation of $10 a pound for the produce that you pick. All proceeds directly support Sugar Creek Garden’s maintenance & operations.
