I’ve been wondering…will the locker rooms for the football team be in this building?
Yes the football team’s lockers are in the new gym building. In fact, when we play our next home football game against Westminster on October 16th, the team will come running out of the new facility out to the field! DHS is also having a spirit fest before the game in front of the gym so come out and support your Decatur HIgh School Bulldogs.
That is great news Ann! That will be really exciting. I’m so excited.
The Bulldogs are on a roll this year!
I like those balls and the front door, which I initially thought was “Decatur Heights.”

But we’ll never hear again Mike Florence’s famous baskball call from the Rec Center after announcing the starting line-ups: “Gentlemen/Ladies, you may start your recreating.”
