Here’s the lowdown…
Nurture Decatur Presents Natural Family Living Series
Nurture Decatur is a new resource for parents who seek to make informed choices as they create a whole, healthy family environment. A free lecture series to be hosted this fall at the Solarium at Historic Scottish Rite (321 West Hill Street) will bring together parents in the community to learn about and discuss ideas related to natural family living. Some lecture topics include cloth diapering, babywearing, doulas, cesarean awareness, and homeschooling, to name a few. Nurture Decatur hopes to raise community awareness about natural family living and to forge new bonds between families through discussion, personal interaction and, in some cases, demonstrations of how to apply these values and ideas in their own lives.
Details about October’s lectures, the first two of six total, are below. Please be aware that lectures are limited to 30 attendees. Reserve your space now at www.nurturedecatur.org, or send an email containing your name and lecture date to nurturedecatur@gmail.com.
