The 65-year-old Duke of York has been accused of sexual assault by Virginia Giuffre, a key figure among Epstein’s accusers, allegations which he has consistently denied. The lawsuit brought by Giuffre against him was settled in February 2022.
Epstein was found deceased in his New York prison cell in 2019 after being apprehended on federal charges of sex trafficking, with the cause of death ruled as suicide by the medical examiner.
U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi has disclosed that the FBI is currently examining “tens of thousands of videos” associated with the disgraced financier.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed that the FBI is reviewing a substantial cache of videos from Jeffrey Epstein.
Giuffre became a prominent advocate against sexual abuse and trafficking after being one of Epstein’s most outspoken victims.
She claimed Epstein and his associate, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, groomed and sexually exploited her. In a 2009 lawsuit, Giuffre alleged that Epstein and Maxwell introduced her to Prince Andrew in 2001, and in a separate civil suit, she accused Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her on three occasions when she was 17.
The Duke of York has vehemently and repeatedly denied these accusations.
Epstein died following his arrest on sex trafficking charges.
Andrew and Giuffre settled their lawsuit out of court for an undisclosed sum in 2022, with Andrew not admitting any guilt.
Giuffre tragically ended her life last month at her home in Neergabby, Western Australia, at the age of 40. In a statement released to NBC News, her family said: “We are heartbroken to announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia.
“She died by suicide, having been a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and trafficking.”
