"C’est toujours le grand flou" : la directrice du BHV remerciée au bout de seize mois

Emmanuelle Claverie-Veysset is preparing to step down as CEO of BHV, having been appointed in November 2023 by the new owner, SGM Group. This raises questions about the group’s strategy, especially since it has not yet purchased the BHV building.

Lack of Communication

BHV is still in a state of considerable uncertainty,” notes an insider, who also mentions that “three female directors were dismissed a few weeks ago.” The planned move of BHV Homme to the historic building, initially expected this semester, is now delayed by a year. The elimination of the toy and children’s departments at the beginning of the year has also raised internal questions. Speculations are rife: the seventh floor might be converted into a dining area, while the sixth floor might become a gym. Yet, nothing has been definitively announced. “The lack of internal communication is quite glaring,” laments the same source.
