Christina Pappas has taken on the role of president at Illustrated Properties, a significant development for the luxury real estate firm based in South Florida as it observes its 50th anniversary.
Pappas assumes this position following the exit of Daniel Dennis, who served as president for three years and has moved on to explore new ventures.
In addition to her new responsibilities, she will maintain her current position as president of The Keyes Co., a sibling entity to Illustrated Properties. Both companies are part of The Keyes Family of Companies, known as the largest independent real estate business in Florida.

“Taking on the role of preserving the vision set forth by the founders of Illustrated is something I take very seriously,” said Pappas. “At its core, real estate is about people — Illustrated has dedicated five decades to building relationships and fostering community connections. This focus on innovation, service, and empowering our Associates and clients will continue to be our guiding principle,” she added.
Since 2016, Illustrated and Keyes have collaborated as partner brands, sharing technological platforms, services, and marketing efforts.
With Pappas at the helm, the agencies will keep their distinct brand identities while further enhancing their cooperative efforts through shared initiatives and strategic partnerships. These collaborations include ties with Forbes Global Properties, Luxury Portfolio International, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Joining The Keyes Co. in 2011, Pappas has spearheaded major projects in marketing, agent training, and digital innovation.
She has occupied notable leadership positions in the real estate sector, notably her forthcoming role in 2025 as a regional vice president for the National Association of Realtors, representing regions including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
In 2022, Pappas became the youngest president ever of Florida Realtors. Her presidency was marked by her pivotal role in designating real estate as an essential service during the COVID-19 pandemic and advocating for housing affordability across Florida.
A Cornell University alumnus, Pappas is actively involved in charitable work. She supports the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, helping to fund cancer research, and is a member of the executive board for United Way Miami.
Illustrated Properties boasts a strong presence in South Florida, with over 600 agents working across 20 offices.
