It’s rare for companies to double in size every four years. Yet, that’s exactly what Louis Le Duff, the CEO and founder of the eponymous group, announced this Wednesday, April 23. The group, which owns the frozen bakery product manufacturer Bridor and the Brioche dorée restaurant chain, aims for a turnover of 3.5 billion euros this year, which is a billion more than two years ago.
