Resurgens Bank Opening Branch at 315 West Ponce

Kelly sends along this pic that shows a banner over the old Wells Fargo drive-thru/ATM announcing a new branch office of Resurgens Bank coming to 315 West Ponce de Leon Ave (aka Place on Ponce).
Back in 2015, the owners of 315 West Ponce wanted to rent the space to an I Love Juice Bar, but the city denied the plan due to the need for exceptions to the city’s Special Pedestrian Area to build out the space.
