The folks at Oakhurst Market send along this announcement…

Hi Back-To-School-ers!   Oakhurst Market is celebrating the first day of school on Monday, August 3 with FREE ICE CREAM for kids after school. We expect our usual after-school crowd, and want to celebrate the school year with our Oakhurst students that we missed seeing over the summer!  Pictured here is our friend Gabi kicking it off for us!

as a community service, i’ll be offering safety tastings (or as we call them in the Julian household, “daddy tax”) for your snowflakes’ scoops. all flavors accepted.

let your children know you love them by directing them toward the happy man wearing the bib.
