Kimball House Offers Culinary Apprenticeships

Here’s something else I came across that might also be of interest. The Kimball House is offering a culinary apprenticeship program to interested culinary artisans. Based on the application, there doesn’t seem to be a requirement for an culinary background.
Sounds like a great opportunity for young and not-so-young adults looking to put their hands where their mouth is!
That makes me thirsty.
Looking forward to it opening. I want to order a drink already.
The apprenticeship program is paid? Pretty cool opportunity for DHS students who want to take a vocational training path. I wonder if this means cuisine that is more high-end than Brickstore and Leon’s; it certainly looks like it from the old-school-ish design.
