So has ours! We live just off Scott Blvd. Called today and they were very rude. I guess, apparently, you’re not supposed to complain about dirty water. Hope it clears up soon!
not a fan of the new sign. it’s way off brand from Decatur’s other new signage, which though i’m not a fan of, at least established a graphic standard–a very traditional/slighty historic one– which this modern sign flies in the face of.
It’s not a city sign, so there’s really no reason it should reflect the city’s brand. I’d imagine the building owner did it, making it more modern — intended to be “hip”? — to reflect the two schools that operate there.
Not really a fan either, but it probably wasn’t intended to speak to the likes of me. It’s for the young’uns!
Is that sign new?
I noticed it a few weeks (or days) ago. I think so!
Yep, it’s new.
Noticed it recently. It is HORRID.
Our water has been dirty for 3 days straight……..i hope noone it drinking whatever they are dredging up under our streets

Seems like an awfully big sign for a very small space

As a youngster at heart, I kind of liked it when I first saw it. The contrast to Decatur’s standard traditional signage is cool.
On the positive side, the sign should help me overcome the habit of saying “Quiznos Plaza.”
Who cares? It’s a sign. Not nearly as bad as Decatur Diner.
I agree, it’s horrible. And, yes, that font appears to be Impact. Ugh…
