     I know he resides at The Artisan. I think he is or was some kind of association leader there. But not sure re Penthouse. Or is there a pool and some kind of common area on top? Or just top level you can sneak onto. When I lived in NYC years ago, many of us knew how to get onto the roof of our 31 story building to sunbathe, socialize, watch the traffic on the Georgia Washington Bridge, and observe the planes coming in and out of LaGuardia Airport.

       I did live at The Artisan for nearly five years but moved down the road last summer.
