Shaded Soul Tattoo Opens in 340 West Ponce Building

    Decatur Metro | September 1, 2011 | 9:52 am

Patrick sends along a couple photos of the new tattoo and piercings spot on the upper floor of the 340 West Ponce building, between Decatur Screenprint and Lampe-Farley Communications.  No website online as of yet, as far as I can tell.  One more pic that I took yesterday, after the jump!

I wonder if this city is big enough for two tattoo places, especially when one has a national reputation.

Ink & Dagger. Russ Abbott is a nationally known tattoo artist.

Well, from the looks of things, there’s only about 20 square inches of untatooed skin left in this country, so I would think it was a dying industry.

I’m going to open a tattoo removal clinic. I should make a killing off the Leon’s staff alone.

This might be a total shocker to the haters but not everyone that gets inked later chooses to have it removed.

          Indeed.

I tell every person under 25…want to be different? DON’T get a tattoo.

It’s pretty obvious none of them have ever listened to me.

Wow, blatant plagiarism of Ozzy Osbourne!

I wonder how many tatts they’re going to do the day of Decatur Beer Fest!

Look on the bright side, folks. Now you can have plastic surgery, get a tattoo and eat thai food all without leaving the complex!

Great! Just what we need! More options for people to muddy up their body canvass!
