Yogli Mogli Fro-Yo Coming to Emory Village

    Decatur Metro | May 4, 2010 | 10:34 am

The Twisted Taco rumors never came true.

But now, Tomorrow’s News Today is reporting that Yogli Mogli Frozen Yogurt will soon take over the one-time location of Emory’s graduate school bookstore at 1403 Oxford Road.

A check of the fro-yo website confirms it.

That space will always be where the late, lamented Horton’s was located. If they didn’t have it, you didn’t really need it. Plus a lunch counter!

I spent every penny of my weekly allowance @ Horton’s. Bought red nail polish and Junior Mints there. If I was lucky, got a corned beef sandwich next door @ Hero’s Sandwich Shop…now the grandparents can walk my kids there for fro-yo. Nice.

I hope the competition doesn’t hurt Yogurt Tap. Their stuff is dee-lish!!

I don’t think an Emory Village yogurt shop is really direct competition, so I don’t think we have to worry!! Have you tried the LEMON!!!??

      I don’t patronize places whose names I can’t pronounce. :-)
