The Decatur Police Department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have announced the arrest of two suspects wanted for the July 6, 2016 murder of Gerard Foster. Jacob Marquez Pyne was arrested by the Knoxville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Saturday at a residence in Knoxville. Christonya Section was arrested by the MARTA Police Department on Sunday. The investigation into this incident is continuing.
