Decatur Police Seek Suspects in Gerard Foster Murder

The Decatur Police Department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have identified two individuals in connection with the murder of Gerard Foster on July 6, 2016. Arrest warrants for both individuals for the offense of murder have been issued. Police are asking anyone who has information concerning the location of these two wanted suspects to contact the Decatur Police Department at 404 373-6551 or Crime Stoppers at 404/577-TIPS.
